VPN Intranet Access

The GHC Employee Portal (Intranet) is available onsite at the Floyd, Heritage Hall, Cartersville, Paulding, and Douglasville instructional sites. Employees working at the Marietta site or working remotely must first use the Cisco AnyConnect software for VPN access. This is an intentional security measure.

  • Note:   If you would like to access your GHC emailD2L, or OneUSG, you do not need to visit the GHC Employee Portal or use the VPN. You can access these systems directly using a bookmark in Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.


How to Connect

  1. Download and Install Cisco AnyConnect Client (For Personal Devices)

    You must download and install the Cisco AnyConnect software client on each device that you intend to use with the VPN. These instructions are for this setup process, only. GHC-issued laptops come with Cisco AnyConnect pre-installed.

    • To Install Cisco AnyConnect On a Computer:

      Follow these instructions to download and install the Cisco AnyConnect software:

    • To Install Cisco AnyConnect On a Smartphone or Tablet:
      Search the Apple App Store (iPhone or iPad) or Google Play (Android) for the free download of Cisco AnyConnect.
