Cherubini was selected as a member of the GCAA First Team All Conference and the GCAA All Academic Team.  She was also a two-time GCAA Player of the Week.

GHC’s women’s basketball coach Brandan Harrell said, “Manon was an integral part of GHC’s success in our inaugural season.  She works extremely hard on and off the court.  Manon is a great person, a great student and a great player.  She will be very successful as she continues her career at Angelo State.”

Founded in 1928, San Angelo is located in West Texas on 268 acres.  It enrolls nearly 7,000 students.  It is an NCAA Division II and Lone Star Conference member with five men’s and eight women’s teams.

Cherubini said of her choice, “I like everything about Angelo State – the campus, the coach, the facilities, the program – and the weather.”
