2013-2014 Academic Year eLearning Exam Schedule
Web-based, Online and DVD course midterm and final exams are given at the testing center locations on the Cartersville, Douglasville, Floyd, Marietta, and Paulding campuses. The starting times and test dates vary by campus, but typically there are morning, afternoon, and early evening (5:30 pm to 6:30 pm) testing times. Please visit the online eLearning test registration site below to for the exact listing of testing dates and times offered at each campus
The following are the dates that the exams will be given,
Midterm Exams: September 30 to October 6
Final Exams: December 2 to December 7
Midterm Exams: February 23 to March 1
Final Exams: April 28 to May 3
*Saturday testing may not be available at all campus locations
Midterm Exams: June, 27, June 30, and July 1 <
- Students must register for midterm exams by 5:00 pm on Wednesday, June 25th.
Final Exams: July 29, July 30, and July 31
- Faculty must registration their final exam by Thursday, July 17th, at 5pm.
- Student musr registration for their final exams by Wednesday, July 23rd, at 5pm.
** Testing times will vary by campus location
How to sign up for an exam:
The registration system for the midterm exam opens two weeks after the start of the semester. For final exams, the registration system will open the week after midterm exams. If you are taking more than one Web-based, Online or DVD course, then you must sign up for a different testing session for each course. Children on campus while taking a proctored exam.
Children of currently-enrolled students are allowed on campus only with the direct supervision of that parent. Children will not be allowed to roam the campus or be left unattended by their parent(s) at any time in any location. This includes while that parent is taking an eLearning proctored exam. It is the responsibility of a parent to make care arrangements for children while taking an exam. Only students registered to take an exam will be permitted in the proctored exam rooms.
