Welcome to the Mathematics Resources Web at Floyd College. Under this link you will find updates from around campus. As always, if you have questions or concerns, call or e-mail.

|Part-time Instructor Survey|
Ms. Carolyn Parks, Cartersville Center Director, is surveying part-time instructors this semester to determine any problems you may have encountered as you began teaching your classes. Additionally she would like to know what support services you need during the semester. If you would like to participate in the survey, please contact Ms. Parks @ firstname.lastname@example.org or call 770.387.3775.
Each of you has a mailbox located on the campus at which you are teaching. Please remember to check your mailbox whenever you are on campus.
In Rome, the mailboxes are in the Science/Math office area or in the Learning Support Office area. In Cartersville, the mailboxes are in the faculty office area in the rear of the building. At North Metro, the mailboxes are in the workroom off to the left (take a left through an outer office and another left into the workroom) after you enter the front door of the Technical Building.
If you need help finding your mailbox, contact the Joannie Baker in the Science/Math division or contact the campus office in Cartersville or North Metro.

Classroom visits are continuing. Many of you have graciously scheduled visits, and more of you will be contacted in the coming weeks. The latest draft of the Classroom Visit Form is now on-line for your review.
Here's a link to a nice on-line graphing calculator. Jiho Kim, the author of the calculator software, has graciously agreed to allow Floyd students and faculty to use the calculator free of charge.
