A child must have two critical pieces of information completed before they can attend camp. The first is the participant application and it must be filled out completely and signed by a parent or guardian. Applications can be picked up at the local schools starting early May. They can also be obtained by calling (706) 295-6353, coming to the physical education office at Georgia Highlands College, or scroll through this web site and look for the registration form and print it out. 

     The second is a physical examination by a physician, physicians assistant, or nurse practitioner.  NYSP offers free physicals for campers before camp starts.  Physical forms can be filled out at the physical site. Without these two forms, a student CANNOT attend camp. Transportation to and from physical sites is free of charge.
