Awards Day Winners

Awards day is held on the last day of camp every year. All kinds of awards and prizes are given out, including bicycles, sports equipment and apparel, and certificates. All campers names with perfect attendance are put into a hat, the activity director draws a name, and the camper is allowed to pick one prize. The last name, boy and girl, are awarded with a new bicycle. All prizes are donated from businesses in the community. Camper of the Year honors are awarded to a male and female. The NYSP staff votes for the one male and female camper who has shown good attendance, sportsmanship, and discipline.

Each activity instructor gives out a certificate to the Most Improved and the Most Valuable camper in their sport.
