The eCore is a collection of most of the courses you need to complete the core curriculum. These courses are offered on the Internet via Vista which is very similar to WebCT.

Current Students If you have registered for an eCore class for Spring Semester and have not received a "Getting Started" email from eCore then send an email to ecore@highlands.edu with the words "Getting Started in the subject line.
Main eCore page Use this link to go to the main eCore web page maintained by the University System of Georgia. This page has the most up to date information on class schedules, eCore calendar, and many other resources.
Cost The prices charged for eCore classes are more expensive than regular classes. Please follow this link to find out the difference.
Orientation Use this link if you are new to eCore or you want to find out if eCore is right for you.
Getting Started Letter Use this link to access the eCore welcome letter. This letter provides the current information about your classes. When you register for eCore classes a copy of this letter is sent to you by mail.
Password Help Use this link to access the online support center. This resource is available 24 hours a day to help with technical problems related to eCore. This is the link to use to get help with passwords and logon issues.
Testing Every eCore class requires that the students take at least one proctored test per semester. For most students this means that they will come to Georgia Highlands College and take the test in our testing center. You must plan this testing early in the semester. There is also a fee for testing so use this link to find out details.
Withdrawal Use this link if you wish to withdraw from an eCore class.
