The Six Mile Post, a designated public forum named after the old railroad station and trading post that was once located where the college was founded in Floyd County, publishes seven print and online issues per year and is funded through student fees and advertising revenue.
Letters to the editor may be brought to the SMP office located in the
Office of Student Life on the Floyd(Rome) campue, sent via e-mail to 6MPost@highlands.edu, or sent through our website located at www.highlands.edu/sixmilepost.
Names will be withheld by request, but letters must be signed by the author.
Publication and editing of the letters are at the discretion of the editors.
