• Ardea herodias: Great Blue Heron
• Agelaius phoeniceus: Red winged blackbird
• Butorides virescens: Green heron
• Egretta caerulea: Little Blue heron
• Fulica americana: American Coot

The Red winged blackbird is a common sight along the boardwalk.
