Determination of Awards
Total aid awarded to a student cannot exceed the cost of attendance at Georgia Highlands College. The federal government evaluates the studentís household income and their ability to contribute towards their education when the student submits a FAFSA. The student will receive a Student Aid Report (SAR) from the federal government once the evaluation is completed. This is used by the school in the determination of a studentís eligibility for federal, state, institutional, and some private aid funds.
