Awards 200 scholarships of $1,250 and $2,500 to students transferring from a two-year college to a four-year institution.

Students applying may be transferring to any U.S. accredited four-year institution in fall 2008 or spring 2009

Criteria

• Applicants must be of Hispanic heritage
• Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident
• Be enrolled part-time or full-time at a community college
• Have plans to transfer and enroll full-time at a four-year institution
• Have minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• Apply for FAFSA
