2014-2015 Academic Year eLearning Exam Schedule
Web-based, Online and DVD course midterm and final exams are given at the testing center locations on the Cartersville, Douglasville, Floyd, Marietta, and Paulding campuses. The starting times and test dates vary by campus, but typically there are morning, afternoon, and early evening (5:30 pm to 6:30 pm) testing times. Faculty Registration Deadline: This is the date by which faculty must have their exam registered in the system.
Student Sign-up/ Registration Deadline: This is the date by which students must sign-up for a proctored exam time.
The following are the dates that the exams will be given,
Midterm Exams: October 6th to October 11th
Faculty Test Registration Deadline: September 5, 2014 (Friday)
Student Exam Sign-up/ Registration Deadline: September 26, 2014 (Friday)
Final Exams: December 1 to December 6
Faculty Test Registration Deadline: October 31, 2014 (Friday)
Student Exam Sign-up/ Registration Deadline: November 14, 2014 (Friday)
Midterm Exams: March 2nd to March 7th
Faculty Test Registration Deadline: January 30, 2015 (Friday)
Student Exam Sign-up/ Registration Deadline February 20, 2015 (Friday)
Final Exams: April 27 to May 2
Faculty Test Registration Deadline: March 31, 2015 (Tuesday)
Student Exam Sign-up/ Registration Deadline: April 17, 2015 (Friday)
*Saturday testing may not be available at all campus locations
Midterm Exams: June 26,June 27, and June 29th (Friday, Saturday, Monday)
Faculty Test Registration Deadline: June 15, 2015 (Monday)
Student Exam Sign-up/ Registration Deadline: June 22, 2015 (Monday)
Final Exams: July 27, July 28, and July 29
Faculty Test Registration Deadline: July 10. 2015 (Friday)
Student Exam Sign-up/ Registration Deadline: July 22, 2015 (Wedsday)

How to sign up for an exam:
The registration system for the midterm exam opens two weeks after the start of the semester. For final exams, the registration system will open the week after midterm exams. If you are taking more than one Web-based, Online or DVD course, then you must sign up for a different testing session for each course. Children on campus while taking a proctored exam.
Children of currently-enrolled students are allowed on campus only with the direct supervision of that parent. Children will not be allowed to roam the campus or be left unattended by their parent(s) at any time in any location. This includes while that parent is taking an eLearning proctored exam. It is the responsibility of a parent to make care arrangements for children while taking an exam. Only students registered to take an exam will be permitted in the proctored exam rooms.
