Electronic Voting Policy
An electronic vote will be conducted by the Office of the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs or by someone authorized by the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs. A matter should be discussed at a faculty meeting or information distributed electronically at least five working days prior to voting. The voting period would be five working days. The matter will be resolved by a majority of those voting.
