Training & Development

Employees are provided with opportunities for both professional and personal development. The components of the training and development program include: application training, management/professional development opportunities and additional personal Interest topics.

Faculty Academy is a program designed primarily for new faculty.  It focuses on providing the skills to be successful in fostering student learning and teaching at GHC.
