How to Apply
|
1. Submit a GHC Scholarship Application. The application form can be obtained here: Forms.
2. Submit a recommendation (professional or academic). 3. Submit a brief essay describing academic or professional goals and how the scholarship will assist in pursuit of a career in health care. 4. Applicants must have completed application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) based on 2009 tax forms. If a student has not already submitted their FAFSA for determination of aid for the 2010-2011 academic year, this will cause a delay in the process. All applicants for the Eakes Scholarship are urged to complete their FAFSA on line ASAP. Questions regarding FAFSA should be directed to the Office of Financial Aid at the college. |
