Georgia Highlands College - Adjunct Faculty

Mr. Jeff Hargett, B.S., M.S.Ed., Ed.S.
Adjunct Biology Instructor since 1993

Mr. Hargett graduated from the University of North Alabama in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology Education.  He received his Master's degree in 1981 from Jacksonville State University where he continued graduate work and received an Education Specialist degree in 1987.  Coursework was also completed at the University of West Georgia, Georgia State University, State University of New York, and the University of Georgia.  Mr. Hargett has been teaching Biology  and Anatomy & Physiology since 1976 at West Rome High School, Rome High School, and Georgia Highlands College.  In addition to working as a part-time instructor at Georgia Highlands College, Mr. Hargett also serves as Coordinator of Instructional Technology for the Rome City Schools.
