Proctored Testing

 

We have an automated sign-up facility for Web/DVD testing. This sevice is only for Web Based and DVD class.  Hybrid or traditional classes will test during their scheduled class meetings

Students with Special needs Proctored Testing:    Students who feel they may need an accommodation based on the impact of a disability should make an appointment, during the first two weeks of the semester, with the Disability Support staff in the Student Support Services office to coordinate reasonable accommodations for proctored exams.  Do Not follow the "How to Register for Online Testing" directions until you read the eLearning disablity support information at  https://www.highlands.edu/site/elearning-disability-support

How to Register for Online Testing:

On the day of the exam, please bring a picture ID for check in at the testing center.

We now have our automated sign-up facility for eLearning (Web/DVD) testing. 

 

Student e-Learning Testing Registration

Students who wish to enroll in a testing session should login to SCORE, navigate to the Student Services tab, and select the Enroll in Online Class Test Session link.

You will be presented with the Enroll in Online Test Session Screen. From this screen you can enroll in a testing session, print an enrollment confirmation of a test session that they are enrolled in, and delete their enrollment from a test session.

To enroll in a session:

  1. select the session from the available sessions
  2. select the available course CRN from the drop down menu
  3. select the button labeled Enroll in Session.

You will see a confirmation page. Select the  "print this page" button to print the confirmation page if so desired.

REVIEW OR DELETE ENROLLMENT IN A TEST SESSION

 

At any time you may go back into the system and delete a test session that has become an inconvenience tfor you.

From the frame labeled Manage My Current Testing Sessions:

  1. selet the button "Delete Session" to delete session to delete the Session ID. A confirmation of deletion will be produced.
  2. go back in and re-register for the testing session if seats are available
  3. Click the Print Confirmation button to print a confirmation again.
