Your eLearning Course: What to expect

5.  You'll want to ask for help when you need it.

There are four major ways to get help with your eLearning class:

  1. Your Course Instructor.  If there is anything you don't understand about your instructor's expectations or the course content, contact your instructor using the discussion board or the private mail feature in the course.
     
  2. GHC Tutorial Centers:  As a student of GHC you can take advantage of the on campus tutorial centers. The purpose of the Georgia Highlands College Tutorial Center to help students to improve their academic skills and succeed in their chosen college curriculum.

  3. eLearning Director.  If you have any other questions about eLearning, or just need some advice, contact Jeffrey Linek, Ed.D., the Director of eLearning for Academics, by phone 678-872-8065 or email jlinek@highlands.edu  
     
  4. Technical Support Staff.  If you have technical problems with your GHC email, Vista, or the wireless network, go the the Frequently Asked Questions page at http://www.highlands.edu/site/itstudentfaq to find the answer or a link to more help.
