2.     GPA 3.0

3.     Written statement of need.

4.     The applicant must be a resident of one of these counties.

Georgia: Bartow, Floyd, Paulding, Walker, Chattooga, Gordon, Pickens, Whitfield, Dade, Haralson, or Polk

Alabama: Cherokee, Dekalb, Etowah
