ACCEL Requirements

• Minimum high school GPA 3.0 or B in College Preparatory/academic courses
• SAT I scores totaling 1000, or comparable ACT score (ACT 21 composite)
• SAT VERBAL of 530 (ACT 23 English) in order to take English and Social Science Courses.
• SAT Math of 530 (ACT Math 22)
• Permission of high School guidance counselor and parents/guardians.

Procedures & Documents

The following MUST be in the office of Admissions by close of business on the date of the deadline:


• Complete College Application for Admission and pay the $20 application fee.
• Submit and official copy of high school transcript in a sealed envelope
• Submit your official SAT and/or ACT scores (if on transcripts, not needed)
• A complete ACCEL application (in HS Counselor office)
