Summary of Responsibilities: General Oversight, Performance, and Management of Office Resources (Human and Material); Budget Manager; Provide and coordinate College-wide strategic and operational planning processes, and monitor and assess implementation of plan results; Policy Analysis; Oversee the collection of Unit Annual Plans, Improvement and Effectiveness Reports; Review Unit Annual Plans; Prepare institutional responses to national surveys and other requests for data from external sources; Oversee responses to reports; Provide Research and Analytic Consultation/Assistance to College Community; Support Institutional and Programmatic Accreditation and Re-affirmation, such as SACS; Monitor and ensure compliance with all state and federal reporting requirements, such as IPEDS;

Institutional Research & Assessment Systems Analyst: Ms. Tripti Devkota
Summary of Responsibilities: Provide Support and assistance to Director and college in the areas of data collection/manipulation, compilation, analysis, and developing and reporting data to support college-wide planning and effectiveness, institutional research and assessment/evaluation, problem-solving and decision-making, including IPEDS reporting, retention research and reporting, enrollment trend analysis/reporting, course and grade performance analysis/reporting, review of admission standards, assessment instrument development and analysis, academic program and institutional review support, and survey development/analysis. Deliver technical and analytical guidance on a breadth and depth of assessment efforts, including research design, sampling methodologies, survey administration, data mining techniques, statistical analysis, and various report strategies. Design and develop computer programs using database query and statistical software to create data files/marts, data reporting analytics, and developing data sets/systems for analysis and reporting as well as developing and maintaining materials on the office web site.

Summary of Responsibilities: Serves as the first contact person for the office, and completes special assignments as needed; Performs secretarial duties such as managing the office budget, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and recording minutes; Maintains a cross-referenced filing system and a document room containing reports and resources for use/reference by college personnel; Work with the Institutional Research and Assessment Systems Analyst and the Director to produce the annual Fact Book and other reports, presentations or documents needed by various departments of the college or by the University System of Georgia.
