Outcomes

The Office of IEPR outcomes flows from its mission and goals and is measured by:

1. Provision of a system of services that effectively meets the needs of constituents, customers and patrons across the     College campuses/sites and beyond;
2. Provision of value-added information;
3. Provision of reliable avenue for administrators, faculty, staff, and students to receive and utilize relevant college information     to effectively achieve the goals of the institution;
4. Provision of high-achieving office staff that is adept at learning through inquiry, and that uses planning, assessment and     evaluation data to improve the office effectiveness in achieving its goals;
5. Provision of an office that exemplifies responsible stewardship of resources for the good of the College;
6. Serve as a catalyst and coalition builder in support of the College mission and goals; and
7. Provision of monitored evaluation of institutional progress toward accountability, quality assurance, and reporting.
