Mission

The mission of the Office of IEPR at GHC is to enhance the College's performance and effectiveness in its provision of educational quality and student institutional experiences by:

1. Providing leadership and assistance in developing and overseeing the institutional processes for organizational     effectiveness and renewal;
2. Providing leadership and assistance in developing a system of continuous evaluation and feedback to improve student     learning, program enhancement and operational efficiency;
3. Leading institutional planning, policy analysis and formulation;
4. Promoting institutional performance and accountability, assessment and evaluation;
5. Providing accurate, appropriate, timely information and up-to-date research data that are intended to improve teaching,     learning, and services to the College decision makers, planners, and assessors/evaluators; and
6. Providing process and operations analysis, that is congruent with the vision, mission, and goals of the College, using     feedback from stakeholders for continuous measured improvement.
