The Vista
Online Support Center (OSC) is
available 24/7, and provides GHC students help with Vista, including access
and logon problems. The OSC provides solutions to Vista problems via Web

How do I get my password?
Instructions on receiving your initial password and other important information
regarding your course are handed out by course instructions (there is
a copy HERE).

How do I make sure my computer is configured properly for Vista?
Run the Browser Checker on the Vista login page and follow the instructions
for downloading and installing any recommended plug-ins. Then, if you
experience any problems, follow the steps HERE.

1. I
get an “invalid username and password” message when I try
to login to WebCT Vista.
ANSWER: If you have tried your GHC email name and that doesn't work, ask
your course instructor for your Vista username. If you have tried all
the suggested passwords, go to Online
HELP and they will email a new password to your GHC email.
2. What
is my password for WebCT Vista? How can I get my password reset for Vista?
ANSWER: Your Vista password is the same as your Georgia Highlands SCORE
PIN
If your SCORE PIN doesn’t work, try each of the following:
—The six-digit number based on your date of birth. Example: “012586”
(where “01” = January, “24” = the date, and “86”
= the year of your date of birth).
—The last four digits of your social security number and the number
“99”.
—The last 6 digits of your Georgia Highlands ID
If none of
the above work, go to the Online Support Center and they will reset and
email a new password to your GHC email.
