Description |
This scholarship is intended to enable a
GHC student to travel
and study outside the United States. Scholarship awards may range
from $500 to $1000 but will not cover more than 50% of the cost of
the study abroad experience.

Requirements
|
GHC student in
good academic standing with plans to study abroad. A short essay that describes how you would use the scholarship to participate in a study abroad trip scheduled for summer semester. A letter from a GHC faculty member that recommends you for this scholarship.

How to Apply |
Complete Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/
Complete the GHC
Scholarship Application.
Submit essay and letter of recommendation to the GHC Scholarship Committee. Send all application materials to the GHC Office of Advancement, Floyd County Campus.

Selection Process |
The GHC Scholarship Committee will collect and screen all applications and send all qualified candidates to the International Committee for final review selection. |
