    Download these Word documents and edit them to begin the application process.  Send the completed document to scholarship@highlands.edu to apply for a scholarship. You will need to complete a new application for each scholarship.

Recommendation forms can be sent either from the applicant or directly from the person making the recommendation.  If the recommendation is not being sent by the applicant then the applicant should send an email to scholarship@highlands.edu to indicate three things:

1. Who will be sending the recommendation.
2. Who the recommendation is for and what scholarship it should be applied to .
3. Whether the application should be considered confidential or whether you reserve the right to review the recommendation.  the person making the recommendation should be aware which status you want the recommendation to hold.

Most applications also require an essay.  If you are submitting an essay by email make sure that you identify which scholarship you are applying for.
