FELLOWs (Floyd Emerging Leaders to Learn, Organize and Win)-

The FELLOWs Program is designed to identify outstanding Georgia Highlands College students who want to strengthen their leadership skills and knowledge of the Floyd campus. Through a series of seminars and workshops, participants are prepared for effective leadership styles, and build skills in communication, group management, and organizational dynamics. Participants must be nominated by a faculty or staff member in the fall for inclusion in the spring leadership development program.
