Course Objective: The ability to acquire, organize, present, and
document information and ideas through accurate reading and listening.
Expected Result: Students will demonstrate the ability to comprehend
and analyze printed text.
Purpose: The purpose of this course is to assist students who have scored below

to arrive on time. After three unexcused absences, 5 points will be deducted
from the student’s course average. Minutes tardy will be accumulated toward
absences.
Withdrawal: The last date to withdraw from class without penalty
is February 28.
