Pergrem, D. COMM 1100, 80340, 80347, and 80385 are online courses which have a mandatory orientation and three mandatory class meetings (dates and times to be announced later). Class time will be used to present speeches and administer exams. Course materials will be delivered through both the text and the course webpage. Students must have regular access to a computer and the internet, and be extremely disciplined to be successful in this course. Students will work independently by reading the textbook for self-study and by accessing the class webpage on the internet to complete the assignments and activities posted.
