Georgia Highlands College has received a STARS grant from the University System of Georgia (USG) to support study abroad experiences for students.  The funding is designed to advance the Board of Regents’ strategic planning goal that, by 2007, twenty-five percent of USG undergraduate degree recipients each year will have participated in an academic program abroad.  The College is matching the grant as a demonstration of institutional commitment to that goal.
