If we need to find three numbers

then for the  3 consecutive integers,  X, X+1, X+2 will represent the 3 numbers

for the 3 consecutive odd integers, X, X+2, X+4will represent the 3 numbers

for the 3 consecutive even integers, X, X+2, X+4will represent the 3 numbers

If we need to find two numbers

then for the  2 consecutive integers,  X, X+1will represent the 2 numbers

for the 2 consecutive odd integers, X, X+2 will represent the 2 numbers

for the 2 consecutive even integers, X, X+2 will represent the 2 numbers
