Unit/Team Goal: The Physical Plant operation provides services that are necessary for the day-to-day operation of the college’s business. Through the function of facilities management, custodial, grounds, carpentry and mechanical personnel, Plant Operations can assure faculty, staff and students an environment conducive to teaching and learning. 

 

 

 

 

 

Expected Outcome: The Physical Plant will renovate selected facilities.

 

 

 

 

 

Outcome Assessment: Physical Plant personnel will monitor the renovation of “F” wing at the Floyd campus, including restrooms.

 

 

 

 

 

Performance Targets: 

Primary Target: F-wing renovation will be 100% complete by January 1, 2006.

 

 

 

 

Secondary Target: All restrooms will be 100% complete by January 1, 2006.

 

 

 

 

 

Summary of Data Collected (Performance Results):

Primary: F-wing renovation was 100% complete by January 1, 2006.

Unit/Team Goal: The Physical Plant operation provides services that are necessary for the day-to-day operation of the college’s business. Through the function of facilities management, custodial, grounds, carpentry and mechanical personnel, Plant Operations can assure faculty, staff and students an environment conducive to teaching and learning. 

 

 

 

 

 

Expected Outcome: The Physical Plant will provide physical and technical support to the expansion of the institution’s geographical area. 

 

 

 

 

 

Outcome Assessment: Physical Plant personnel will oversee and monitor the completion of the Cartersville center.

 

 

 

 

 

Performance Targets: 

Primary Target: The Cartersville center will be ready to open for Fall semester, 2005.

 

 

 

 

Secondary Target: All portions of the Cartersville center will be 100% by the start of Fall semester, 2005.

 

 

 

 

 

Summary of Data Collected (Performance Results):

Primary: The Cartersville Center opened for Fall semester, 2005.

Secondary: Although classes were not affected, only 90% of the center was complete by the start of Fall semester, 2005. The remaining work was completed by October of Fall semester, 2005.
