(Performance Results): 87% of the
faculty returning the survey indicated that they Strongly Agree or Agree with
the statement, “I am generally satisfied with the Instructional Support I
receive at this site.” 13% indicated
they had no opinion. |

Recommended Actions: While 87% were satisfied, some did indicate
that they would like to receive additional training on the audio-visual
equipment. As a result, a mini-workshop
on av is now to be conducted the beginning of each semester. In addition, a cd of instructions of av
equipment has been made available to faculty members who feel that they need
additional help |
