pieces of information distributed during the Financial Aid Fair in February. |

two activities during the Fair to engage the interest of students in
Financial Aid. Secondary Target: Distribute at
least two pieces of information to students related to Financial Aid during
the Fair. |

Summary of Data Collected
(Performance Results): Primary: Two activities were
held at the Financial Aid fair to engage the interest of students: a FA
trivia game and an interactive session with student loan lenders, in addition
to door prizes and free food. Secondary: Two pieces of
information were distributed to students related to FA: informational
brochures for the GHC FA Office and paper copies of the FAFSA. |

Recommended Actions: The
Financial Aid fair was a success that will continue and be improved each
year. Due to lack of staffing, the Financial Aid fair could not be held
during AY2004-2005, so this year’s need for additional personnel was
addressed, leading to the reinstatement of the Fair. |
